Billing questions
Do I need an account? No. Your email address is enough at checkout. It receives your workspace link, with no password.
Can I get an invoice? Yes. Stripe issues it for KIPDEV SAS and it is available in your workspace.
Cancel monitoring? Use the secure billing portal from your workspace. Access remains open until the paid period ends; no further payment is collected.
Multiple businesses? Each report or monitoring plan covers one business. Contact us for multiple locations or an agency plan.
Refunds? If the report does not match its description, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
