1. Service

LocalRadar, published by KIPDEV SAS, measures a business listing’s local Google rank at several points in an area and presents its analysis. The service is intended primarily for professionals using it in their business.

2. Plans and prices

The free preview includes a 5×5 grid for one keyword, within the displayed usage limits. The full report costs €19, tax included, paid once for one business: a 9×9 grid, up to three keywords, named competitors, an action plan, printable report and one follow-up scan within 60 days of purchase.

Monitoring costs €24 per month or €240 per year, tax included, for one business: up to five keywords on 9×9 grids, weekly automatic scans, email alerts and history. Prices shown when you order apply.

3. Measurement

Each point is a Google Places API search biased towards that location. Results can differ from a person’s Google Maps app due to search history, personalisation and time. No ranking is guaranteed. Google states that a better local position cannot be purchased.

4. Payment and delivery

No account creation is required to order. The checkout email receives the access link. Stripe processes payment. Access is available after payment confirmation and a confirmation email is sent. Invoices are available from your workspace.

5. Subscriptions

Monitoring renews each month or year until cancelled. Cancel online from the secure billing portal in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no further payment is collected. Started periods are not refunded pro rata.

6. Refunds

If a report or first month of monitoring does not match the description above, contact contact@kipdev.io within 14 days of purchase for a refund. A failed paid scan can be retried without charge.

Consumers, and professionals covered by Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, retain the applicable 14-day withdrawal right and may exercise it at the same address.

7. Usage and responsibility

Usage limits protect the service from abuse. Automated use or resale of the data is prohibited. KIPDEV SAS undertakes to use reasonable means to provide the service and is not responsible for Google’s ranking decisions or interruptions.

8. Data and governing law

See the privacy policy. French law applies. Where an amicable agreement is not reached, disputes between professionals fall under the courts of Bordeaux, France.
