Why your business is missing from Google Maps results
Not finding your business for one keyword does not mean its Google listing is missing.
Find the listing by its identity
Search for the business name and city, and confirm the correct listing. Local Radar follows its Google place ID rather than matching names that may be similar.
Check the query and category
A listing can exist but not rank in the first twenty for a broad query. Compare a relevant, specific category with the actual service customers seek.
Check listing information
Confirm the business information and follow Google’s process if a listing is unverified or suspended. See Google’s local ranking guidance and the help pages linked from your Business Profile.
Scan several locations
Distance matters. A grid can show whether the business is visible close to its address but not farther away. An “outside top 20” result is not a claim that Google deleted the listing.
